Looking back, I have always been an entrepreneur. My drive and passion for starting businesses and concepts, creating branding, and finding ways to do business better has defined and fulfilled me for as long as I can remember.
I began my career in salons at the age of 15 through my high school’s vocational program. After graduating, I worked my way through 9 different salons, never finding the perfect fit. I finally realized that the only way I’d find the right business was to create my own. At the age of 21 I opened East Coast Salon and have gone on to growing my salon into an award-winning business. My team has flourished to over 20 employees, with 6-figure earners. I have had the honor of being named Beauty Launch Pad’s Top 30 Stylist Under 30 and working with multi-million dollar companies on social media through paid partnerships and ambassador positions.
As a business owner I have seen it all. I’ve navigated through bad partnerships, world pandemics, and all of the challenges that come with running a business. I have mastered the art of leading and growing a team and creating structures that set your business up for success. East Coast Salon is a seven figure grossing business with six figure earning employees.
In addition to owning a salon, I am the CEO and Founder of Beyond the Balayage – an education company that has allowed me to travel all over the country, teaching and meeting amazing people in the hair industry.
I credit much of my success to my mindset, resilience, and faith. When I’m not in the salon I’m balancing life as a wife and mother of two. I am also extremely well versed in health and wellness, and over the years have learned what an important impact mental and physical health are to the way you lead and move through life.

As a business coach and digital strategist, I’ve had the honor of helping small business owners and entrepreneurs discover their core purpose and thrive in an impactful way.
With a 15 year career in copyediting, branding, and marketing, my experience has taken me from writing for professional sports team publications to co-founding a digital design and marketing agency that served the NJ/NYC area. As Managing Editor at the agency, I honed my skills as a digital strategist, helping clients find their voices and share them with the world. I moved on from the agency to become the Marketing Manager for a well-known reclaimed wood company in NJ and from there began working freelance for small businesses offering my expertise on strategy, branding, and website design.
My years of experience in the world of digital media and marketing has run right alongside my passion for all things wellness, giving me over 15 years of experience as a Spiritual Mentor and Master Reiki Energy Healer. Using my lifelong gifts of perception, healing, and empowerment to help others improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual health continues to inspire me in the pursuit of improving the lives of others.
I’m happiest outside in nature hugging trees and spending time with my husband and our 1-year old daughter.
